1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service and User Agreement (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "User") and RobustLab, the operator of the GET AI BD platform (the "Service").
By creating an account, ticking the "I agree" box during sign-up, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Service — the GET AI BD website, mobile applications, chat workspace, AI modes, Developer API, Business Assistant, and all related features.
- AI Models — the third-party and hosted artificial-intelligence models made available through the Service (for example models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others).
- Output — any text, image, presentation, audio, code, or other content generated by the AI Models in response to your Input.
- Input — any prompt, message, file, image, or other content you submit to the Service.
- Credits — the prepaid units of account used to meter usage of the Service, as further described in Section 6.
- Plan — a paid subscription tier (e.g. Student, Executive, Pro, Enterprise) that grants a monthly pool of Credits and access to features.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Users under 18 may only use the Service under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (including a valid mobile number for OTP verification).
- You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction, and you must not be subject to applicable sanctions.
- If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
4. Accounts & Security
- Accounts are created and verified using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including usage that consumes Credits.
- You must notify us promptly at robustlab.tech@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- One person should maintain one account. We may suspend duplicate, fraudulent, or automated sign-ups.
5. Description of the Service
GET AI BD provides a single platform to access multiple AI Models and tools, which may include:
- Multi-model chat across providers, with model selection per message;
- Smart modes such as Deep Research, Web Search, Create Image, Presentation (PPTX), Code, Agent, Analyze Data, Canvas, Think Longer, Summarize, AI Detector, Paraphrase, and Humanize Text;
- Study mode with subject focuses (e.g. IELTS, BCS, HSC/SSC) and the option to upload your own study materials;
- File and image understanding, including cloud OCR for scanned documents;
- a Developer API and Business Assistant for integrations.
Features, models, modes, and limits may be added, changed, or removed at any time. Some features require a particular Plan, a compatible model, or sufficient Credits.
6. Credits, Plans & Billing
- Pay in Taka, spend in Credits. You purchase a Plan in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Each Plan grants a pool of Credits. Premium AI Models and tools consume Credits as you use them; the amount depends on the model and the size of the request and response.
- Pricing. Credit costs per model and Plan prices are shown in the Service and may change over time. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Free model. A designated "Free" model may be made available without consuming Credits, subject to eligibility rules described in the Service (for example, availability on the Student Plan once paid Credits are exhausted). Free access may be rate-limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time.
- Consumption & balance. Credits are consumed in real time. Your remaining balance is displayed in the chat sidebar. When your balance reaches zero, paid models are disabled until you top up.
- Expiry & roll-over. Unless stated otherwise in the Service, Credits are tied to your Plan period and may expire at the end of that period. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
- Payments. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (RobustPay / RobustLab Tech). By paying, you also agree to the payment processor's terms. We do not store your full card details.
- Taxes. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, VAT, or government levies, which are your responsibility where required by law.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimers
Please read this section carefully.
- AI can make mistakes. The AI Models can produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinations"). Output may sound confident yet still be wrong.
- No professional advice. Output is provided for general informational and productivity purposes only. It is not professional advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional — including medical, legal, financial, tax, engineering, academic, or safety advice. Always verify important information from authoritative sources before acting on it.
- You are responsible for use of Output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and deciding whether and how to use any Output. We are not liable for decisions you make based on Output.
- No guaranteed results. We do not warrant that Output will be accurate, fit for a particular purpose, original, non-infringing, or free of objectionable content.
- Similarity of Output. AI Models may generate the same or similar responses for you and for other users. Output is not unique to you.
- Academic & exam use. Study mode and other features are learning aids. You are responsible for complying with the academic-integrity and examination rules of your institution. Do not use the Service to cheat where prohibited.
- AI detection. Any "AI Detector" feature provides a probabilistic estimate only and is not proof that content was or was not AI-generated; do not use it to make consequential decisions about a person.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, generate, or distribute content, or to engage in conduct, that:
- violates any applicable law or regulation of Bangladesh or any relevant jurisdiction;
- infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
- depicts or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or sexualises minors in any way;
- constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery, or impersonation/deepfakes intended to deceive or harm;
- promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal weapons, drugs, or goods;
- provides instructions for creating weapons, malware, or for committing crimes;
- attempts to generate malware, phishing content, spam, or to facilitate scams;
- seeks to harvest personal data unlawfully, or to identify or track individuals without consent;
- provides regulated professional advice presented as authoritative without proper qualification, or makes high-risk automated decisions about individuals (credit, employment, housing, etc.) without human review;
- attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with safety features, usage limits, or security measures;
- reverse engineers, scrapes, resells, or sublicenses the Service or models except as expressly permitted (see the Developer API terms);
- uses bots or automated means to abuse Credits, free access, promotions, or to overload the Service;
- misrepresents Output as human-authored where doing so is deceptive or prohibited by a third party.
We may use automated and manual review to enforce this policy and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate it.
9. Your Input and Content
- Ownership. As between you and us, you retain ownership of your Input. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and use your Input and the resulting Output as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, and as required by the AI Model providers to generate Output.
- Responsibility. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your Input, that it does not violate Section 8, and that processing it will not infringe any third party's rights.
- Output rights. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the applicable AI Model provider's terms, we do not claim ownership of Output generated for you. Rights in Output may be limited by the underlying model providers' terms and by applicable law.
- Uploaded materials & OCR. Files and images you upload (including study materials processed via cloud OCR) are handled per our Privacy Policy. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, "GET AI BD" name, logos, and content we create, is owned by RobustLab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
11. Third-Party Models and Services
The Service relies on third-party AI Models, payment processors, hosting, and other services. Your use of Output generated by a particular model may be subject to that provider's usage policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party services, and their availability may change without notice.
12. Privacy
Our handling of personal data and Inputs is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to that processing. Do not submit sensitive personal data of others without a lawful basis and their consent.
13. Developer API & Business Assistant
If you use the Developer API or Business Assistant:
- You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all usage under them.
- You are responsible for your own end users and for ensuring your application and its outputs comply with these Terms and applicable law.
- We may impose and change rate limits, quotas, and pricing, and may revoke keys for abuse or non-payment.
14. Availability, Changes & Beta Features
- The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or experience downtime.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
- Some features may be offered as beta/experimental and may be unstable or change without notice.
15. Suspension & Termination
- You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Unused Credits are forfeited except where a refund is required under the Refund Policy or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 16–20) survive termination.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all Output are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or Output will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Service or any Output, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) BDT 5,000.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RobustLab and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Input, your Output use, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, may provide additional notice (for example in-app or by requiring re-acceptance). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before commencing proceedings.
21. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how RobustLab, the operator of the GET AI BD platform (the "Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website, mobile applications, chat workspace, AI modes, Developer API, and Business Assistant.
By creating an account or using the Service, you consent to the practices described here. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
2. Information we collect
a) Information you give us
- Account details: your name, mobile number (used for OTP verification), and — if you provide it — your email address and profile picture (avatar).
- Inputs: the prompts, messages, files, images, and study materials you submit to the Service.
- Support communications: messages you send to our support assistant or team.
- Payment information: when you buy a Plan, payment is processed by our payment partner (RobustPay / RobustLab Tech). We receive transaction identifiers and status, but we do not store your full card or mobile-wallet credentials.
b) Information we generate or collect automatically
- Outputs: content generated by the AI models in response to your Inputs.
- Usage data: Credits consumed, models and modes used, conversation metadata, and feature activity.
- Device & log data: IP address, browser/device type, approximate location, timestamps, and error logs.
- Cookies & analytics: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage and improve the Service.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide the Service — authenticate you, run your requests through AI models, store your conversations, and meter Credits.
- Process payments — activate Plans and grant Credits via our payment processor.
- Support you — respond to questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Secure the platform — detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
- Improve the Service — analyse aggregate usage, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- Communicate — send service-related notices (e.g. OTPs, payment confirmations, important updates).
We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI models and your content
To generate Outputs, your Inputs are transmitted to third-party AI model providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) and processed under their terms and privacy practices. Please:
- Avoid submitting sensitive personal data (of yourself or others) that you would not want processed by third-party AI providers.
- Note that uploaded files and images (including study materials processed via cloud OCR) are handled to produce your requested Output.
We share only what is necessary to fulfil your request.
5. How we share information
We share information only with:
- AI model providers — to generate your Outputs (see Section 4).
- Payment processor — RobustPay / RobustLab Tech, to take payments and issue refunds.
- Infrastructure & service providers — hosting, storage, analytics, and security vendors who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
- Legal & safety — authorities or third parties where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account (see Section 8); some records (e.g. transaction logs) may be retained where required by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular backups — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your login credentials and device safe, and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
8. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access and update your profile details from your account settings.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential processing (e.g. analytics), recognising that some features may not work without essential data.

9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or who use it under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian, as set out in our Terms). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without authorisation, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International data transfers
The AI providers and infrastructure we rely on may process data on servers located outside Bangladesh. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this Policy and applicable law.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

1. Overview
GET AI BD sells digital Credits and subscription Plans that provide immediate access to AI models and tools. Because Credits can be consumed the moment a Plan is activated, purchases are generally non-refundable once usage begins, except as described below or where a refund is required by applicable Bangladeshi consumer-protection law.
We want you to be treated fairly. If something went wrong with a payment or the Service, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.
2. The nature of what you are buying
- A Plan grants a pool of Credits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) value, plus access to features.
- Credits are consumed in real time as you use premium AI models and tools.
- Because AI Outputs are generated using paid third-party compute that we cannot reverse, consumed Credits cannot be returned.
3. When you MAY be eligible for a refund
We will consider a refund (full or partial) in cases such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charge — you were billed more than once for the same purchase, or a clear technical billing error occurred.
- Payment succeeded but Credits were not delivered — your payment was completed but the corresponding Credits/Plan were not added to your account, and we are unable to credit them manually.
- Unauthorised transaction — a payment was made from your account without your authorisation (subject to verification and any payment-processor investigation).
- Material service failure — a prolonged, verifiable platform outage on our side prevented you from using Credits you had just purchased and had not substantially consumed.
For eligible cases, refunds are generally limited to the unused portion of a recent purchase.
4. When you are NOT eligible for a refund
Refunds will not normally be provided for:
- Credits already consumed by generating Outputs.
- Change of mind after purchase, or buying the wrong Plan, once usage has started.
- Dissatisfaction with AI Output quality, accuracy, or style. As explained in the Terms, AI can make mistakes; this is an inherent characteristic of AI models and is not a service defect.
- Partial/unused Credits at the end of a Plan period that expired in the normal course.
- Account suspension or termination caused by your breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Third-party issues outside our control (e.g. your bank, mobile-financial-service, or internet connectivity).
- Free model usage or promotional/bonus Credits, which have no cash value.
5. Refund request window
Refund requests for eligible cases must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Requests made after this window may not be accepted, except where a longer period is required by law.
6. How to request a refund
Email robustlab.tech@gmail.com (or call 01534004464) with:
- the registered mobile number on your account;
- the transaction ID and date (from your payment confirmation / RobustPay receipt);
- the amount paid;
- a short description of the issue.
We may ask for additional verification to protect against fraud.
7. Processing of approved refunds
- We aim to review requests within 3–5 business days and to notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (RobustPay / RobustLab Tech). Depending on your bank or mobile-financial-service provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for funds to appear.
- Refunds may exclude non-refundable payment-gateway or transaction fees where permitted.
- When a refund is issued, any corresponding Credits will be removed from your account. You may not keep both the Credits and the refund.
8. Plan cancellation & auto-renewal
- You may cancel a subscription Plan at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; it does not automatically refund the current period.
- Credits granted for the current period remain available until they expire at the end of that period, unless your account is terminated for breach.
- If auto-renewal is enabled, it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
